As a young man Alex spent much of his time training for sport competitions, focusing primarly on swimming and athletic events. It was later in life when Alex turned his attentions to the sport of competitive bodybuilding. Using nutrition and specialized training methods Alex leanred how to mould a highly defined physique. It was during this time that Alex became aware of the undeniable link between fitness and nutrition and the importance of both in generating optimal health and shape.
